Appetizer: Grilled Figs with Panchetta and Goat Cheese
Salad: Crab and Blueberry Salad with Fried Egg
3rd Course: Seared Pork Belly with Hen of the Woods Mushrooms
4th Course: Halibut with Broad Bean Puree and Beets
Dessert: Peach Melba Gallette with Creme Fraiche Ice Cream
