DAN STACY – OWNER/EXECUTIVE CHEF

Dan Stacy is the Owner and Executive Chef of Royal Fig Catering.  With over 10 years of catering and fine dining experience, Dan has worked at various restaurants and country clubs in the Austin and Houston areas.  Just arriving last year from a 2 year stay in New York City, Dan cooked under Harold Dieterle, the winner of Top Chef, Season 1 at his restaurant, Perilla, in the West Village.  He has also cooked for many celebrities at the famous Soho House members only hotel featured on the TV Show, “Sex and the City.”  A well-rounded chef, he enjoys cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients in a variety of styles and cultivating his own vegetable and herb garden.

KRISTEN STACY – CO-OWNER/DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL EVENTS

A food enthusiast and experienced in marketing and sales, Kristen has spent the last three years using her talents expanding arts-in-education programs in Austin and New York City.  An experienced event planner, Kristen is known for her creativity and attention to detail, having planned dinner parties, large scale fundraisers, workshops, and Austin weddings.
