Mari Soto, Sourcing CoordinatorA proud Texan, Mari Soto was born and raised in San Antonio and has lived in Austin for the past 9 years with over 13 years of varied culinary and leadership experience. Her love for food and people first began by spending time in the kitchen with her family. She is on the Board of Education for Austin Food and Wine Alliance and most recently worked with Whole Foods Market for the past 11 years where she expanded her passion for food, people, and community. As Food Sourcing Coordinator, she is committed to providing you with the highest quality ingredients from the Central Texas area. Her passion for food and the support of locally sourced ingredients as well as sustainable agriculture greatly contribute to her excitement towards joining the Royal Fig team.
