As you know, we are collaborating with Caffe Medici for our September 30th Supper Club featuring unique food and espresso pairings.  But we want you to know how great Caffe Medici really is!  Recently, Medici baristas, Lorenzo Perkins and Candace Squire, created a unique menu that they are now offering every Friday and Saturday night from 6pm – 10pm at the West Lynn location and are calling it “Medici Notte.”  Here are some of the creative drinks that you can taste:

The Vermont
A tantalizing concoction of Grade A medium amber maple syrup, Espresso Medici, and steamed milk. Served with candied prosciutto bacon.

The Shiva
Rwanda Espresso with a touch of honey, rose water, and steamed milk, drizzled with a black pepper and cardamom creme fraiche.

The Maya
Espresso Medici balanced with coconut water & dark chocolate, spiced with a touch of cayenne.  Served over ice.

Blackberry Moon
Chilled Rwanda Espresso shaken with fresh blackberries, topped with hand whipped cream a chocolate. Garnished with coffee soaked berries.

In addition, they are also offering fantastic cheese plates (YES, cheese and coffee!) from local sources.  I highly recommend you test your taste buds and try these divine creations!
